Families with Children
Welcome to this space on the Siddha Yoga path website for families and children. On the left you will find webpages selected to support families in exploring Siddha Yoga teachings and practices.
Together, you can chant and meditate; you can read a teaching and discuss how you practice this teaching in your lives; you can listen to a story and illustrate your favorite parts—just to name a few ideas. You will also find Study and Practices Support for Young Siddha Yogis on the Siddha Yoga Bookstore website, including CDs and books for children.
As you engage with these pages, you are encouraged to journal your experiences individually or as a family. Journaling can take many forms—drawing, painting, writing poetry, and making collages as well as creating audio and video recordings. You are also invited to share your experiences below.
Return to this space for families and children again and again. There is so much to see, to hear, and to learn!
