When I chant this namasankirtana, in this melody, I experience joy, a feeling of comfort, and playfulness. This sweet inner joy, full of vital energy, dissolves sorrows. For me, the sound and meaning of these words dissolve difficult feelings and then nourish the inner strength that is needed to overcome obstacles. Devotion also springs up spontaneously within me.

I have chanted this namasankirtana in difficult times. I felt that when I was chanting “Ganesha” or “Kripasindhu” with great respect and sweetness, I could access a force within which opens my heart to the power of Shri Guru’s grace, to the benevolence of the Heart, to the compassion of God.

I am grateful with all my heart for this chant, for this recording, and for my renewed perception of the power of grace that resounds in all the chants of the Siddha Yoga path.

I’m very grateful that the recording of this glorious namasankirtana is available on the Siddha Yoga path website. Listening to it has enabled me to learn the intricate rhythms and melody of the chant. Each day during this time of Ganesh Utsava, I’ve read the translation and listened to the chant before meditating. It fills my mind and heart with joy. Later in the day, just remembering the sounds of the chant brings back that joyful state.

I was delighted to see a recording of this namasankirtana, as I was not familiar with the melody and have wanted to be able to chant it.

Since I began to play the recording and to chant with it, I didn’t want to stop! The joy and devotion to Lord Ganesh that this chant both expresses and evokes is simply irrepressible. I felt so much joy bubbling up inside me as I chanted that I got up and started dancing as a way to let my body express that joy and devotion.

How absolutely gorgeous to find so much music on the Siddha Yoga path website! I love chanting but live a long way from any Siddha Yoga meditation center, so I am thrilled to be able to chant when I visit the website. I have been chanting Mangaladata Kripasindhu at intervals all day, and as evening approaches, I feel light, happy, and energized.

Truly, through the website, one can have satsang all day long, and in a multitude of different ways.
