Shree Muktananda Ashram®
Shree Muktananda Ashram, located among the forests and lakes of the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York, is a place for Siddha Yoga students to perform seva, selfless service, and other Siddha Yoga practices. The Ashram houses the SYDA Foundation, the not-for-profit organization that protects, preserves, and facilitates the dissemination of Siddha Yoga teachings.
Siddha Yoga students from around the world come to Shree Muktananda Ashram to offer seva, and in this way, they contribute to the work of the SYDA Foundation. In addition, students contribute to the sacred Ashram environment through ongoing study of the Siddha Yoga teachings and participation in the daily schedule of chanting and meditation.
